Shipping time

The goods will be shipped to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually the goods are shipped to the customer in 24-48 hours (working days) from the confirmation of the order (unless otherwise specified).
In time of national and collective holidays of our delivery partners, the shipping time might extend. The delivery can be delayed, for more information, please contact our customer support at info@oakneagle.com.

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the heart of Europe, Slovenia. Please note that we currently don’t offer shipping outside EU. If you really like one of our products and you live outside EU, please contact us at info@oakneagle.com and we will try to make an exception for you.

We are planning to add international shipping as soon as possible. 

Delivery method

Delivery is made within 24-48 hours of shipment. The package will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering by land.

Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product size and weight and also your location.

Email confirmation

If your purchase is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a list of products ordered, the price and shipping address.

Lost Package

If you do not receive the goods within one week of your shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service by email: info@oakneagle.com.
