Returns Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and notify the seller within 14 days from the delivery of the order without having the duty to justify the recession. The 14-day period shall be valid from the day after delivery.

The customer who decides to withdraw from the contract must inform the seller by writing to info@oakneagle.com.

If the customer cancels in the contract (after receipt of the package), he must return the goods to the seller within 30 days of sending a written notification to the following address: Svetčeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The return of the order within the first 14 days of delivery (a valid time for withdrawal from the contract), will be considered as a voluntary message of withdrawal from the contract.

The customer must return the goods to the seller intact and in equal quantities (except in a case where they were destroyed, damaged, lost or in a reduced quantity during the delivery trip), which means that he will not be able to use the products freely in the period prior to the withdrawal of the contract.

The customer has the right to try the items within the limits necessary for the objective evaluation of the product. Any use of items that deviate from the above will be considered as use of the product, thus leading to the loss of the right of recession from the contract by the customer.

The recession will have as the only cost for the customer, the cost related to the shipping costs of the products. The shipment of the products may be carried out by the customer, or if the customer so wishes, we may organise for the collection. In this case, the customer will be obliged to return the shipping costs that will be incurred by Oak N’ Eagle (according to the price list provided by the courier that will carry out the collection).

The right of withdrawal from the contract will be denied if the items have been produced following precise instructions from the customer and/or adapted to his personal needs and therefore not suitable to be placed on the market.

The seller returns the total amount of the purchase cost with a transfer to the buyer’s bank account within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Return of the items within the period foreseen for withdrawal from the contract, will be considered as a notice of withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal from the contract for which discount vouchers or promotional codes have been used, these must be considered as discounts and will not be returned to the customer.
